NC–RL Zig–Zag Servo Feeder Series

The NC–RL Zig-Zag Servo Feeder features a high-rigidity mechanical structure and dual-axis servo control system, combined with precision linear guideways and ball screw transmission. This enables highly accurate feeding while allowing the material to move laterally according to the required stamping layout.
Through intelligent programmable control, the feed length, lateral movement distance, and layout pattern can be set according to different product dimensions and die requirements. This effectively improves material utilization, reduces scrap and material waste, and is especially suitable for round blanking and multi-row stamping applications.
