Double Head Uncoiler
The Double Head Uncoiler features a dual-spindle rotary structure, allowing two metal coils to be loaded simultaneously. Its rotating dual-head design enables alternating coil feeding, effectively reducing coil changeover time while improving production efficiency and operational continuity.
With stable load capacity and smooth decoiling performance, it is equipped with an automatic sensor control system that controls decoiling and stopping according to production requirements, ensuring a consistent material supply.
Suitable for various metal coil stamping automation lines, it can be integrated with straighteners and feeders to provide a highly efficient, stable, and user-friendly automated material supply solution.
