The 3 in 1 NCE Economical Compact Leveler Feeder Series integrates an uncoiler, leveler, and NC feeder into a single unit. Designed with simplicity, practicality, and high efficiency in mind, it effectively saves valuable factory floor space while reducing equipment configuration requirements.
The machine features a high-rigidity mechanical structure, combined with a servo control system and a user-friendly touch-screen interface. It performs coil unwinding, leveling, and automatic feeding prior to the stamping process, providing stable performance, accurate feeding, and convenient operation. Suitable for general steel coil stamping applications, the NCE Series offers a practical 3 in 1 feeding solution that combines production efficiency, space saving, and cost-effectiveness.

- The new concept and design a reduced space requirement.
- High rigidity mechanical structure design and work with Mitsubishi servo control system to ensure the feeding accuracy.
- Friendly operation by adopting the human-machine interface control system.
- Auto feed monitoring function which can be a safe operation when the interlock with press stamping operation.
- Feeder rolls and straightener rolls have undergone special heat of HRC 60°for high precision leveling, rolls surface chromium-plating and then ground, high hardness, high wear-resistant characteristic and long service life cycle.
- Coordinate with the hydraulic expansion of uncoiler and flip-top straightener head design to increase the job efficiently.
