The 3-in-1 NCJ Series integrates an uncoiler, leveler, and NC servo feeder into a single compact unit. Featuring a high-rigidity mechanical structure, it is specifically designed for high-tensile heavy-gauge metal stamping production lines. Its integrated design enhances machine performance while effectively saving valuable factory floor space.
Before the stamping process, the machine performs coil unwinding, precision leveling, and high-accuracy NC automatic feeding, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing manual labor requirements. Equipped with a user-friendly operation interface, the NCJ Series offers simple operation and stable performance, fully meeting the modern stamping industry's demands for high productivity, high precision, and exceptional reliability. It is widely suitable for stamping high-tensile steel sheets, heavy-gauge steel, and other heavy-gauge metal materials.

- Feeder rolls and straightener rolls have undergone special heat treatment of HRC 60° for high precision leveling, rolls surface chromium-plating and then ground, high hardness, high wear-resistant characteristic and long service life cycle.
