The 3 IN 1 NCJ machine is a high-efficiency integrated system that combines feeding, leveling, and cutting functions into a single unit, specifically designed for metal processing production lines. It automates material handling and is suitable for various metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

  • Straightener / Precision leveler adopting screw lift designed by motor drive to easy adjustment the 3 IN 1 feeder machine pass line high as press machine change different dies.
  • Feeder rolls and straightener rolls have undergone special heat treatment of HRC 60° for high precision leveling, rolls surface chromium-plating and then ground, high hardness, high wear-resistant characteristic and long service life cycle.
