Two Sections Precision Leveler
Featuring an innovative two-stage precision straightening design with different roller configurations at each stage, the machine effectively reduces material curvature caused by changes in coil outer diameter, improving material flatness and straightening stability to meet the demands of precision stamping applications.
Equipped with a lift-up straightening head, it allows easy cleaning and maintenance of the straightening rollers, reducing maintenance time and minimizing surface defects caused by contaminated rollers, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.
Offering high precision, excellent stability, and easy maintenance, it is suitable for various metal sheet materials and automated precision stamping production lines.
