2 IN 1 Two Sections Precision Uncoiler & Leveler
The innovative two-stage precision straightening design, featuring different roller configurations at each stage, effectively addresses straightening issues caused by changes in coil outer diameter. It improves material flatness and straightening stability to meet the requirements of precision stamping applications.
The integrated 2-in-1 decoiler and straightener design, combined with an opening straightener head, facilitates roller cleaning, maintenance, and material threading for greater operating convenience. Various models are available to accommodate different material specifications, effectively saving floor space, reducing defect rates, and improving production efficiency and operational safety.
